Offer this special Rajasthani sweet to Bappa on Ganesh Chaturthi.

The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is dedicated to Lord Ganesha. This year, the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated across the country on 19th September. This festival is celebrated with great pomp in Maharashtra. On the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, there is a happy atmosphere in the houses across the country, people decorate their houses to welcome Bappa, different types of dishes and sweets are prepared. Apart from modak and laddu, you can also make many types of sweets and dishes. To offer Bappa, you can make Rajasthani Churma Barfi and offer it. Churma Barfi is very simple to make and is a Rajasthani sweet which everyone loves to eat. So without any delay, let us know the method of making Churma Barfi.
Make Churma Barfi like this to offer Prasad to Bappa.
To make Churma Barfi, first put gram flour in a pan and fry it on medium flame. Do not roast the gram flour too much.
When the gram flour is roasted, take it out in a vessel and add ghee to it and make a paste.
Now keep this solution aside and make syrup (how to reuse the remaining syrup). To make syrup, add sugar and water in a pan and cook on medium flame.
Make a string syrup by cooking sugar and water well.
Once the syrup is ready, reduce the flame of the gas and slowly add the solution prepared from gram flour and ghee into it and stir well with the help of a spoon.
When the mixture is mixed well, cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes and keep stirring the mixture continuously with a ladle.
Now add two-three spoons of desi ghee (benefits of desi ghee) in the mixture and mix it. When the ghee gets mixed well and absorbed into the mixture, repeat the same process.
Keep doing this process 3-4 times and later add cardamom powder and mix the mixture and apply ghee in a tray and spread the mixture all around.
If you wish, garnish with dry fruit clippings and coconut shavings, then cut the barfi into desired shapes and offer it to Bappa.
