If the prize money is not claimed within the time limit declared by the State Government, or the biggest prize is not awarded to anyone, then it will become the property of the State Government. The money earned from the sale of lottery tickets will be transferred to the public account of the state. The state government will put its logo on the lottery ticket in such a way that its validity can be proved. The place of holding the lucky draw will be decided within the limits of the same state where the lottery is held.

The state government will decide the timing of the lucky draw. There cannot be more than six bumper draws of any lottery in a year. There will be only one draw of any lottery in a week. If the Central Government gives any instructions related to this, it will be followed. The government has full authority to give instructions to the state governments in this regard.
