One person arrested with 32 kg ganja

Hyderabad: Cyberabad Special Operations Team on Sunday caught a person smuggling ganja and seized 32 kg of the banned substance from him. The accused was identified as B Lakshman (28) of Sangareddy district. He was caught by the Special Operations Team (SOT) while carrying ganja on the Outer Ring Road in Kolluru. Deputy Commissioner of Police D Srinivas said that Laxman’s intention was to earn huge profits by selling ganja to customers. Acting on credible information, officials intercepted him in Kolluru. Police are trying to trace and arrest the person from whom Laxman had purchased the ganja.
