One person stabbed to death in Panipat, case registered against 3

Bapauli. police have registered a case against three people, including two women, for stabbing a person to death over old enmity in Khojkipur village of Bapauli tehsil of the district. The deceased was identified as Suresh, a driver with Uttarakhand Roadways, while the suspects were identified as Rajinder, his wife Nisha and mother Ramrati. In the complaint lodged with the police, the deceased’s son Vishal said that he along with his father Suresh and mother Suman were working in front of their house on Friday evening when the three accused came and started abusing them.

He alleged that his neighbor Rajinder wanted the pipe from his house to drain into the drain located in front of the victim’s house. When Suresh protested against this, the accused beat him up. Vishal alleged that Nisha and Ramrati held his father while Rajinder stabbed him with a knife on his chest. Vishal was also attacked by the accused as he tried to save his father from the attack. Subsequently, the victim’s family members reached there and informed the police, while Rajinder managed to flee the spot. The victim was taken to a private hospital, where he was declared dead. Police have registered a case against the suspect.
