Operator arrested along with DJ

Bhatapara. Action was taken under Section 04,05,15 Noise Act against a non-applicant who played DJ at a loud volume during the wedding ceremony at Agrasen Bhawan. Deputy Inspector General of Police and Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Kumar Jha had directed to take immediate action against the person playing DJ with loud voice. Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Harish Kumar Yadav and Sub Divisional Officer Police Bhatapara Ashish Arora and under the guidance of Inspector Yogitabali Khaparde, action was taken under Section 04,05,15 Noise Act by Bhatapara city police station. During the tour on Thursday, information was received that a DJ sound system was installed in the wedding ceremony at Agrasen Bhawan. Operator Sunil Kavre (43) was found playing the DJ sound system at high volume, which was seized and taken to the police in front of witnesses on the spot. Action was taken against the non-applicants under Section 04,05,15 Noise Act.
