Orange and yellow alert issued for rain, clouds will rain in these districts

Raipur. Since the onset of monsoon in the state, the period of rain is continuing continuously. It has rained heavily in all parts of the state. Due to incessant rains, all the major rivers and many drains of the state are in spate. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has again predicted heavy rains across the state. In such a situation, people have also been appealed to leave the house only when there is some urgent work.

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rains in Bijapur and Narayanpur districts of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for both these districts. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Dhamtari, Balod Rajnandgaon, Bastar division. According to the Meteorological Department, it may rain in other districts of the state including capital Raipur today. The Meteorological Department has appealed to the people to be alert.
