Organization of official language scientific and technical seminar

VISAKHAPATNAM: The third All India Joint Official Language Scientific and Technical Seminar of Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) under Hyderabad Cluster held at NSTL, Visakhapatnam, a premier DRDO laboratory, began here on Thursday.

More than 80 papers are expected to be presented at the two-day event, promoting collaboration and innovation in the scientific and technological community.

DRDO Director General (NS&M) Y Srinivasa Rao appealed to the scientific community to rise to the occasion and serve the motherland. He highlighted the role of Hindi as a medium through which the country can be united and talked about the growing strength and popularity of the language in communicating complex scientific ideas and technologies.

In his address, PJ Navare, INAS, Chief General Manager, NAD, Visakhapatnam briefed about the role of DRDO in securing the nation and its frontier of technologies. Dr. Ravindra Singh, Director (Official Language), DRDO, talked about the efforts made by DRDO Headquarters to promote Hindi among the scientific community.
