Painful death of a person due to earthing from high tension wire
West Champaran (Bihar): An accident has occurred in Bagaha, Bihar. In Parsa Dharampur village of Nagar police station area, a person died tragically due to earthing coming from a high tension wire. After the incident, the family members have accused the electricity department of negligence and demanded compensation.
It is being told that the young man was moving a tractor trolley laden with soil near his house when he got hit by the earthing wire connected to the ground through high tension wire. The earthing wire was naked, hence the condition of the young man became very serious. After the incident, the family took him to the sub-divisional hospital with the help of the villagers.
After examination in the hospital, Dr. Arun Kumar Yadav declared him dead. This has been confirmed by SDH’s DS KBN Singh. The deceased has been identified as Devendra Yadav, 38, son of Mohan Yadav, resident of Ahirani Tola, ward number 30 of Nagar police station area. After the accident, the family members of the deceased became very sad and started crying.
The family members of the deceased allege that in the past too many people have become victims of accidents due to open and bare wires breaking and falling, but no attention is paid by the electricity department. Therefore, there is anger among the people regarding the incidents happening due to the negligence of the electricity department. Here the relatives of the deceased are demanding compensation from the administration, so that assistance can be provided to the dependents of the deceased.
