Pakur News: Constable committed suicide by shooting himself

Pakur: In Pakur, a constable committed suicide by shooting himself. The soldier was deployed for the security of the EVM warehouse. The deceased has been identified as Havildar Raghu Murmu. Raghu Murmu shot himself with his service revolver. After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot, took him in critical condition to the hospital where he died during treatment. Havildar Raghu Murmu was a resident of Petkhasa village of Sahibganj. Colleagues told that his mental condition was not good. He was under stress.

Police engaged in investigating the reasons for suicide

Why and under what circumstances Havildar Raghu Murmu committed suicide is not yet known. Here, after the incident of suicide of the constable, there are various kinds of discussions in the police department. The companions of the deceased soldier are in shock. Police is busy investigating the matter. The dead body of the deceased constable has been sent for postmortem. The family members have been informed about the incident.
