Ingredients required to make Paneer Paratha
As the name suggests, to make Paneer Paratha, you will first need paneer. It is prepared with cheese, vegetables and many aromatic spices. To make Paneer Paratha, you will need 250 grams of paneer, 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup chopped coriander, 4 teaspoons grated coconut, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder. 1 You will need 2 teaspoons cumin, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, salt (as required), 4 teaspoons ghee and 1/2 cup refined oil.
Easy method of making Paneer Paratha
To make Paneer Paratha, first knead the dough. Take a vessel and add flour, wheat flour, salt, ghee and mix it. Then add water as required and knead a soft dough. – Keep this dough covered for some time till the stuffing is ready.
Now prepare the stuffing for Paneer Paratha. After this, light the gas and place a pan on it. Add some oil in it and heat it. – When the oil gets heated well, add cumin seeds in it and let it crackle for a few seconds. – After this add grated coconut, grated cheese, salt and turmeric.
Then mix all these things and cook for about a minute and then add coriander powder, red chili powder and garam masala powder in the pan and mix all the ingredients well. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, add chopped coriander and turn off the gas. Now take out this mixture in a bowl and keep it aside.
– Now make balls of the dough and keep the pan on the gas to heat. Now roll the dough in the shape of a small puri with the help of a rolling pin and fill it with 2-3 tablespoons of cheese mixture and fold it well and make a round shape. – Apply some dry flour on it and carefully roll the dough in the shape of paratha.
– Keep in mind that the filling mixture should not come out while rolling the paratha. Now put this paratha on the pan and apply some ghee on both the sides and cook it well. In this way, prepare all the parathas. You can serve Paneer Paratha hot with curd, pickle or chutney as per your choice.
