Passenger bus overturned while trying to save cattle

Rajnandgaon. A passenger bus going from Nagpur to Ranveerpur lost control and collided with an electric pole and overturned on the roadside near Sitadbari village this morning. In the incident, the passengers traveling in the bus received minor injuries. There is no news of any casualty in the accident. About a dozen passengers have received minor injuries. Those who were treated at Chhuikhadan Hospital were discharged. On the other hand, 32-year-old Uma Sahu and 50-year-old Latabai Sahu, who were traveling in the bus, received head injuries. According to the information received, a passenger bus running from Nagpur to Ranveerpur had reached near Sitadbari village at around 6.30 am on Thursday when suddenly a cattle came in front of it, in order to save it, the bus uncontrollably hit a high-tension electric pole and overturned. The overturning of the passenger bus created panic among the passengers. On coming to know about the incident, the people around reached the spot and pulled out the passengers from the window and door of the bus. At the same time, the information of the incident was given to 112. After the information, police and ambulance reached the spot. The injured passengers were taken to Chhuikhadan hospital.
