Raipur. State BJP President and MP Arun Sao has fiercely attacked Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Chhattisgarh on Saturday. MP Arun Sao has asked Rahul Gandhi whether he will answer the people of Chhattisgarh about his announcements made in the last elections before making new announcements.
He has asked Rahul Gandhi that where are the 200 food processing plants in Chhattisgarh? Why did every Naxal affected panchayat not get Rs 1 crore? Why was the liquor ban not implemented? Why didn’t everyone get four gas cylinders for free? Where is the women’s pension of Rs 1,500? Where is the regularization of employees? Why did students not get free transport for 5 years? Where did Rs 15 thousand crore of unemployed people go? Neither given allowance nor given employment. More than 700 announcements have been made so far.
State President Sao said, CM Bhupesh Baghel does not have any guarantee of his own and he is making announcement after announcement. Bhupesh Baghel and Rahul Gandhi together are intent on setting a world record for announcements, but the public cannot trust any of their promises. Because the public has suffered the betrayal of Congress for 5 years. Congress had made about 300 promises in the last election manifesto. He said that during the meet-meet program, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has made a total of around 400 promises to the people of the state. After this, announcement after announcement are being made every day. If Rahul Gandhi is also coming to Chhattisgarh in this connection, then he should answer to the public that when he has not fulfilled the promises made 5 years ago, then how does he have the moral right to make new announcements now?
