Pickup van full of wedding procession collided with Scorpio
Munger | A horrific road accident took place in Bihar’s Munger district on Thursday, where a pickup van full of wedding processions returning after attending a marriage ceremony collided with a Scorpio. 15 baraatis were injured in this incident.
According to the information, the incident is of Bariarpur police station area of the district. It is being told that the marriage of the daughter of Dinesh Yadav, a resident of Bank village under Mufassil police station area of the district, took place on Wednesday night at the Ulta Mahadeva temple in Tarapur. Baraati was returning to Bank village in a pickup van after participating in the wedding ceremony. During this, the pickup van collided with Scorpio in Bariarpur market.
Sources said that 15 Baratis were injured in the incident. The injured include 6 women and 9 men. All the injured are being treated at Munger Sadar Hospital and Bariarpur Health Center.
