At a public event in Tiruchirappalli, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for several development projects worth over Rs 19,850 crore related to aviation, rail, road, oil and gas, shipping and higher education sectors.

On January 3, the Prime Minister will reach Kavaratti in Lakshadweep, where he will lay the foundation stone of several development projects in Lakshadweep related to sectors like telecom, drinking water, solar energy and health.
At the event in Tiruchirappalli, he will inaugurate the new terminal building at Tiruchirappalli International Airport.
