Police could not save his private part, youth kicked

Panaji. Goa Police has arrested a youth for attacking two policemen in Agonda, South Goa. Canacona police said they received a complaint from Alam Badshah, who transports tiles, that a taxi parked on the road was obstructing his way while going to Agonda, due to which the taxi owner assaulted him. The accused person has been identified as Rushikesh Pagi (25), resident of Agonda-Canacona.

Police Inspector Chandrakant Gavas told IANS, “We immediately sent a team, in which the accused man assaulted a constable. Later we sent more police including a Sub Inspector (SI). He even assaulted the SI, bit his chest and kicked his private parts. The accused has been arrested.” Police said, “He had also threatened the police of dire consequences.” The incident happened on Wednesday night.” Police said investigation is underway.
