Police station in-charge dies of heart attack

Kondagaon: Police station in-charge posted in Naxal area died of heart attack. Police station in-charge was posted last month. After getting the information, Superintendent of Police and other police officers reached the spot. Sub Inspector Rajendra Yadav was posted as Police Station In-charge in Bade Dongar police station.

He was posted last month. It is being told that he is a resident of Kondagaon. Due to ill health, he was brought to the district hospital yesterday where he died during treatment. Doctors said that he died of heart attack.

On getting the information, Superintendent of Police Yedaveli Akshay Kumar along with other officers of the district reached the hospital and took information from the doctor. Sub Inspector Rajendra Yadav had joined the police as a constable. He became a Sub Inspector after getting promotion. Last month, SP Akshay Kumar handed over the charge of Police Station In-charge to him. The last rites of the Police Station In-charge will be performed today.
