Police took major action during investigation, recovered huge amount of cash from two different vehicles

Pithora: Before the elections, Basna Police took major action during the investigation and recovered huge amount of cash from two different vehicles. Police have arrested 4 people in the case. Police have started investigation after seizing the cash.

According to the information, in the first case, 3 people from Odisha have been arrested with Rs 1 lakh 70 thousand during the vehicle checking of Mahindra Pickup vehicle in Padampur Road.

In the second case, cash amounting to Rs 3 lakh 7 thousand 925 was recovered during checking of Tata DE vehicle on Jagdishpur road. The police has arrested a young man, who is a resident of Pithora. Basna Police has taken full action as no valid document was available.
