Prepare special Sindhi Koki for breakfast with neither paratha nor roti flour, here’s how to make it

Method
First of all collect all the ingredients. Put all the whole spices in a mixer like- whole coriander, cumin, pomegranate seeds, black pepper etc. and grind them coarsely.
Put all the ingredients wheat and jowar flour in a big vessel. Then knead the dough by adding turmeric powder, green chili, ginger paste, salt as per taste and ground ingredients.

Use warm water to knead the dough. Then after kneading the dough, keep it covered for 10-15 minutes. Then make small balls of flour and make a light thick roti and keep the pan to heat.
When the ghee becomes hot in the pan, add the bread and bake it till it becomes light brown from both the sides. When the koki is cooked well, take it out in a plate.
Add ghee on top and serve with hot tea. Surely you must have liked this recipe of Sindhi Koki.

Material
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Jowar flour – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Pomegranate – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Black pepper – half a teaspoon
Green coriander – 1 teaspoon
salt – as per taste
Put the whole spices in a mixer and grind coarsely.
Take wheat and jowar flour in a large bowl. Then add the ground ingredients and knead the dough.
After kneading the dough, keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.

Pour ghee on top and serve with hot roti.
