President Draupadi Murmu reached Wellington
Wellington: This morning President Draupadi Murmu reached Wellington on a state visit to New Zealand. There will be concrete talks with the New Zealand leadership to promote India-New Zealand partnership.
This visit is one of the government activities to deepen our relations and promote our cultural ties. At the same time, today i.e. on Thursday, she will be officially welcomed at the Government House.
Let us tell you that yesterday President Murmu has come to New Zealand on the invitation of the Governor General. This is the President’s visit to New Zealand after eight years.
