Prime Minister Janman Camp organized in village Jhalakhmaharia
Mahasamund. Under the Prime Minister’s Tribal Justice Campaign, initiatives are being taken to provide benefits of schemes to the special backward tribes of the district by organizing camps. Special efforts are being made to reach out to their homes and make them aware of the benefits of the schemes through nutrition camps and camps. Under the Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana, officers and administrative staff of various departments are reaching out to the Panchayats, settlements, Tola Paras and doorsteps of special backward tribes and informing them about various types of problems and needs with great simplicity and intimacy.
As per the intention of the government, Collector Prabhat Malik has given instructions to become aware of the problems by organizing camps for better implementation of various schemes being run in the district under Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana, especially for the socio-economic progress of special backward tribal groups, so that all the identified specifically To provide benefits of Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana to the people of ‘Vulnerable Tribal Groups’ (PVTG) community, an action plan can be made in mission mode to provide them benefits and a better action plan can be made for better implementation of the schemes. Today in this series, District CEO and Deputy Collector Misha Koshale and Tehsildar Chandrashekhar Mandai visited the houses of Kamar families in village Jhalakhmaharia under Mahasamund development block and took information from them. After becoming aware of their problems, they asked them to take benefit of the related schemes. Besides, camps were organized and people were motivated to avail the benefits of the schemes. It is known that Kamar families of village Jhalakhmaharia, Gaurkheda, Salhebhatha and Mongra participated in today’s camp.

He told that in Mahasamund district, 3240 special backward tribe Kamars of 894 families are living in Mahasamund, Bagbahra, Pithora development blocks.
