Prisoner who escaped from jail arrested again in a week

Bhopal : The absconding prisoner from Bairagarh police station in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, was finally caught after a week’s struggle by the police. Nishatpura and Bairagarh police arrested the accused from Dev Nagar. Bairagarh police brought the accused from Sehore jail on 25th November.

The accused was a resident of Gyaraspur in Vidisha district. He was lodged in Sihore in a Section 420 case. On November 25, Bairagarh police brought him from Sihore jail for questioning. On November 26, he had absconded as soon as there was power failure in the police station. After which the police team started searching for him.
