Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram stories to share an update about meeting filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj. The 7 Khoon Maaf director paid Priyanka Chopra a visit at her LA home earlier this week.

Priyanka Chopra also shared a photo with the three of them sitting in a golf cart outside Chopra’s residence, all beaming with smiles. Priyanka Chopra captioned the photo with the text, “surprise visit.” Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra’s husband Nick Jonas is currently on a world tour.

A few days ago, Vishal Bhardwaj shared a story about how Priyanka Chopra came to his rescue during a crucial time of need. Reportedly, Vishal Bhardwaj was planning to go to Canada for a brief shooting schedule of his latest film Khufiya. The director, while talking to Bollywood Hungama shared that he had a crew of 40 artists for whom they had applied for visa. However, they ended up getting only 9 visa approvals. Bhardwaj added, “We were terribly short-staffed, you can imagine our stress levels at the time.” Bhardwaj then elaborated about how he called Chopra and how the Barfi actress helped the filmmaker with the required crew at the last minute, despite it being a weekend. Bhardwaj went on to wrap up his shoot as scheduled, thanks to Chopra’s assistance.
