Professor Ahl lectures at SAAPD conference

Professor Rajesh Ahal presented a guest lecture at the 4th International Conference of the South Asian Association of Pediatric Dentists (SAAPD) today. He shared various techniques that he has used to treat damaged teeth and various conditions as he has been instrumental in handling such cases for the last 29 years. They also shared a better outcome where teeth were treated in The Golden Hour – that is, within the first hour after the trauma. He also shared his cases where the broken tooth pieces were reattached and the teeth are fine even after 8 years. The international conference was spectacular as eminent pediatric dentists from India as well as other countries – Egypt, Malaysia, Germany and the United States of America shared their rich clinical experiences. There was an in-depth discussion on the latest ways of dealing with the issues faced by children across the world, including in different parts of India. The conference imbibed many ideas, techniques, protocols and applications to enhance dental treatment modalities for better quality of life for children and parents of all ages.
