Promotion order will be cancelled, many teachers will be shocked

Raigarh: After the promotion of teachers, the employees along with GD have also been suspended in the posting scam. The Education Minister has asked to cancel the order of amendment in promotion of other divisions including Bilaspur. The officers are not able to give information about how many teachers in the district have got the postings done after getting the promotion amended. 122 teachers have been promoted in the district.

There was a complaint of disturbances in Bilaspur district. Now investigation has started in the district as well. It is being said that after promotion, posting of about 60 teachers in 6 blocks of the district has been done as per the wishes of the teachers. In such a situation, the orders for promotion which have been issued are now being discussed to be canceled altogether. Officers and employees of the local level education department are said to be involved in the matter of posting.

The promotion posts were kept hidden by the Education Department. After promotion, teachers asked for posting as per their convenience, it is coming to light that teachers were given postings by making transactions. There is a stir in the education department after the action taken in Bilaspur. Now the Education Minister has given instructions to take action across the state. If this issue comes to light, instructions have been given to take action to file an FIR. In the matter of promotion and posting in the district, District Education Officers of the Education Department were contacted to know their side. He did not respond to calls and messages.
