PTM program organized in Saraipali
Raigarh. Under the direction of Collector Kartikeya Goyal and guidance of CEO District Panchayat Jitendra Yadav, instructions were given to conduct regular inspection of schools to tighten education in the district and to organize PTM in schools after quarterly examination by the state government. In compliance with the said instructions, PTM program was organized today in Higher Secondary School Saraipali. In which District Education Officer Rao and a large number of parents participated. During this, he urged the parents to send their children to school regularly, ask about the children’s homework, come to the meeting regularly, give advice in the educational development of children from time to time.
During inspection in Higher Secondary School, the District Education Officer expressed satisfaction over the educational level there and instructed the staff to give better results. He instructed to identify weak students in schools and conduct additional classes for them in the last period and bring them to school regularly. Also, instructions were given to the students of class 8th to appear for National Means cum Merit Examination, all the students studying in class 10th to appear for NTSC examination, all the students studying in class 5th to appear for Navodaya examination.
During the inspection of Higher Secondary School Gerwani, the DEO expressed displeasure over the absence of students. On which the concerned Principal told that the children were not called due to PTM program in the school. In this regard, the DEO instructed to issue a show cause notice to the Principal. During the inspection of Higher Secondary Urdna, expressing displeasure over the low attendance, he asked to improve the situation and report 100 percent attendance. The DEO instructed to improve the examination results in all the schools and bring a minimum of 80 percent result and to bring maximum students in the merit list by setting a target. DEO Dr. Rao, along with District Mission Coordinator Narendra Chaudhary and Bhuvaneshwar Patel, Assistant District Project Coordinator, conducted a surprise inspection of High and Higher Secondary Schools of Raigarh and Tamnar development block.
