Pune Charity Commission files case against Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Tanisha Bhise case

Maharashtra : The Pune Charity Commission has found the Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital and Research Centre, run under the Lata Mangeshkar Medical Foundation, guilty of not providing life-saving medical treatment and transportation facilities to a critically ill pregnant woman, Tanisha Bhise.

The finding was recorded by Joint Charity Commissioner Rajni Kiran Kshirsagar, who found that the hospital authorities failed in their duty to provide emergency medical care and also did not help in shifting the patient to another hospital in time.
