Curd – 3 cups
Gram flour – 2 cups
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves – 9 -10
Asafoetida – 2 teaspoons

First of all, put gram flour in a vessel and filter it and take it out in a bowl.
After this, put the remaining gram flour in a utensil and prepare the solution by adding water little by little.
Keep the prepared solution aside for 10-15 minutes.
Put curd in a big vessel and whisk it well.
After beating the curd well, add gram flour solution to it.
Mix both the things and make a thin solution by adding water to it.
- Add salt to the solution and then filter the solution of curd and gram flour with a sieve.
Heat oil in a pan and prepare pakodas from gram flour batter.
Deep fry the fritters till they turn brown. After it turns brown, take it out in a plate.
After this, heat oil in another pan and add cumin, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, curry leaves and fry well.
Fry all the spices well. After this, add the solution prepared from gram flour and curd.
Increase the flame of the gas and cook the curry. When the curry comes to a boil, slow down the gas.
Cook the curry on low flame for 10 minutes.
After this, put the prepared dumplings in it. Cook the curry for 5-10 minutes after adding the fritters.
Switch off the gas after the fixed time. Your delicious Punjabi style curry is ready.
