PWD Minister Arun Sao will take a big meeting of Commissioner and CMO

Raipur. On January 16, PWD Minister Arun Sao will review the functioning of city governments. The meeting will start at 9 am and this marathon meeting will continue till 5:30 pm. In this, Commissioners and CMOs of all 183 urban bodies of the state have been called. In the meeting, the functioning of the city government will be reviewed mainly on 6 points.

According to officials of the Urban Administration Department, the financial situation of urban bodies is also included in the agenda. In such a situation, corporation commissioners and CMOs have been instructed to bring the complete account book of the body.

Let us tell you that there are a total of 183 urban bodies in the state. This includes 14 Municipal Corporations, 47 Municipal Councils and 122 Nagar Panchayats.
