Raghav sets out to destroy unrighteousness, new trailer of ‘Adipurush’ released
Mumbai (IANS) | The new trailer of the upcoming film ‘Adipurush’ was recently unveiled in Tirupati. The trailer is 2 minutes and 24 seconds long and begins with Saif Ali Khan’s character as Raavan. In which he kidnaps Janaki. Kriti Sanon is in the role of Janaki, while Prabhas is seen in the role of Ram.
After the abduction, Rama challenges Ravana by saying: I am coming to crush the 10 heads of injustice with the two feet of justice.
Raghav and the Vanar Sena embark on an extraordinary journey to bring Janaki back. The VFX will be a slight disappointment, as the animated characters look far from real.
The scintillating background score by music director duo Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara is one of the highlights of the trailer. He has previously given the background score for the Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff-starrer 2019 blockbuster ‘War’.
The trailer has long dialogues which are in line with the universe, but cannot hold the attention of the audience for very long.
Directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and UV Creations’ Rajesh Nair, Pramod and Vamsi of Retrophiles, Adipurush is slated to release worldwide on June 16, 2023.
