Raid in the farm house of the election contesting candidate, teak wood worth lakhs seized

Narayanpur: The team of Forest Department Narayanpur has taken major action on the information of the informer. The forest department has also recovered a large part of the tree including teak chiran worth Rs 1.5 lakh. It is being told that the place where the team took action belongs to the Aam Aadmi Party candidate. Therefore, now this matter may gain momentum in future.

On the information of the informer, the forest staff raided the farmhouse of Aam Aadmi Party candidate Narendra Nag in Sulenga village. During this, the forest department team found a teak tree worth Rs 1.5 lakh and a large part of the tree, which was cut to remove the tree. Preparations were going on. But before that, the Forest Department team took action. After this action, there was a stir in the entire city. The Forest Department official said that the action was taken only on secret information.

Deputy Ranger Manker Usendi told that “Secret information was received that illegal wood business is going on in village Sulenga. The team reached the spot and conducted a raid. In which illegal teak and wooden balls worth about Rs 1.5 lakh were found. Which was seized and Panchnama has been prepared.
