Raipur Collector’s order to employees, now they have to reach office before 10 am

Raipur. Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh held a weekly time-limit meeting today in the Red Cross Hall located in the Collectorate premises. Collector Dr. Singh said that as per the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, officers of all offices should reach on time. The Collector said that every departmental officer should ensure to reach the offices before the scheduled time of 10 am. Meet the general public two days a week. All officers and employees will sit in the office on Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm. Apart from this, all district level officers should ensure to send their attendance in the group by the scheduled office time of 10 am.

Collector Dr. Singh will inspect three offices every month. The Collector said that cleanliness of the offices and presence of all should be ensured. Apart from this, the time-limit meeting will be held every Tuesday instead of Monday.

Collector Dr. Singh said that the review of all Patwaris will be done on Thursday at 4.30 pm in the last week of the month. For this, the Additional Collector and the In-charge Officer should prepare the format. Also, in the last week of the month, the meeting of Agriculture Department will be held on Wednesday, Women and Child Development and Health Department on Tuesday, Panchayat Department on Friday, Education Department and other departments on Saturday. Collector Dr. Singh said that after completion of the works of construction agencies, action should be taken to pay the amount as per rules. Also, the Collector said that illegal mining, transportation should be reviewed and continuous monitoring of mining and transportation of minerals should be kept. All Tehsildars were directed to take strict action on complaints of illegal transportation, mining and personal responsibility will be fixed for that. The Collector said that FIR should be registered in the concerned police station on illegal transportation.

The Collector said that a nodal officer has been appointed to visit rural areas. All nodal officers should visit all villages by January 31 and see the status of resolution of problems visited last time. Apart from this, report if any problem is not resolved or other problems are found. During the meeting, SP Dr. Lal Ummed Singh said that concrete measures should be taken to improve traffic on major routes including VIP Road, Dhamtari Road. SP said that if a law and order situation arises, inform the police.
