Raipur. Raipur Crime Branch has arrested the accused of firing. Police said that Raipur Police had received information regarding accused Vicky Verma involved in firing and extortion in case of crime number 189/24 registered in Ormanjhi police station of Ranchi district of Jharkhand under sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 111(6), 111(7), 308(2), 308(3), 308 (4). 308 (5), 61 (2) B.N.S., 27 Arms Act.
On which, under the direction of IG Amresh Mishra and Deputy Inspector General of Police and Senior Superintendent of Police Mahaday Dr. Lal Umed Singh, the team of Raipur Crime Branch conducted a secret operation and continuously searched for the accused Vicky Verma and surrounded and caught him and informed Jharkhand Police about the accused. On which Jharkhand Police has taken the accused Vicky Verma in its custody and is taking action for transit remand from District Raipur to District Jharkhand.
