Raipur police arrested the vicious person for cheating by pretending to be a ministry official

Raipur. The accused Surampalli Sai Srinivas, who cheated lakhs in the name of providing jobs, has been arrested. According to the information, Daleshwari Kureti filed a report in the police station civil line that she is a resident of district Balod. In the year 2021, the applicant’s acquaintance Ranjita Thakur, who works as a computer operator on contract in the Dantewada Health Department and Devendra Bhaskar, who is working as a peon in the Health Department in Kaker, made her meet Surampalli Sai Srinivas. Surampalli Sai Srinivas told the applicant himself to be an officer in the ministry and said that I will get your acquaintance Pramod Rangdari employed as a peon in the ministry’s Mahanadi Bhawan and assured to get my acquaintances Seema Thakur and Babita Thakur employed as supervisors of Anganwadi. On which the applicant received Rs.3,50,000/- from Pramod Rangdari for a servant, Rs.6,00,000/- from Seema Thakur and Babita Thakur for the post of Supervisor, saying that money would be required to get the above acquaintances employed, and in July 2021, Surampalli Sai Shree in Gadkaleva, Ambedkar Chowk, received the said amount. Nivasan where Surampalli Sai Srinivasan was present along with his companions Rahul, Ranjitha Thakur and Devendra Bhaskar. Thereafter, the applicant gave Rs.3,50,000/- to Ranjita Thakur, the amount mentioned by Surampalli Sai Srinivas, then Ranjita Thakur gave Rs.3,50,000/- in cash to Surampalli Sai Srinivas and the applicant also gave Rs.6,00,000/- in cash to Surampalli Sai Srinivas. Thus the applicant paid a total of Rs.9,50,000/- to Surampalli Sai Srinivas. After paying the money, Surampalli Sai Srinivas handed over the appointment letter of the applicant’s acquaintance Pramod Rangdari to Ranjita Thakur after 02 days and said that when I speak, then go to join. A few days later, when the applicant asked Surampalli Sai Srinivasa about the jobs of his acquaintances, the applicant started being taken around by him. After being upset, the applicant could not get a job, then he was told to return the money, then an agreement was made by giving 15 days time to the applicant, but even after 15 days, he did not return the money to the applicant. In this way, Surampalli Sai Srinivasan, Rahul and his other accomplices cheated the applicant by getting a total of Rs. On which crime number 370/23 Section 420, 34 Bhadvi was registered against the accused in Police Station Civil Line. Offense was registered. Under the direction of senior officers, a joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Thana Civil Line Police started making detailed inquiries from the applicant and her acquaintances regarding the incident and tracing the accused involved in the case. The team members arrested Surampalli Sai Srinivas, the accused involved in the case, while continuously raiding every possible hideout of the accused. During interrogation, accused Surampalli Sai Srinivas along with his other accomplices was told to carry out the said incident of cheating. On which the accused Surampalli Sai Srinivas was arrested and action was taken against him. The other accused involved in the case are absconding, all possible efforts are being made to trace and arrest them. Accused Surampalli Sai Srinivas has been detained in jail from Civil Line police station in the case of cheating lakhs of rupees in the name of employment.
