Raipur SSP performed weapon puja on Dussehra

Raipur. Raipur SSP Prashant Aggarwal performed Shastra Puja in the police line today on the occasion of Dussehra. During this, senior officers and employees of Raipur Police were present. SSP Prashant Aggarwal congratulated everyone on Vijayadashami.

The festival of Vijayadashami is considered a symbol of the victory of good over evil. On this day, Lord Rama killed Lanka’s ruler Ravana and freed his wife Sita from his clutches. Lord Ram’s horoscope is of Cancer ascendant and Ravana’s horoscope is of Leo ascendant. Jupiter present in the ascendant of both makes them powerful. However, Shri Ram’s Jupiter is exalted in the ascendant which makes him special.
