This hasty initiative is giving rise to various doubts. In the letter issued from the Chief Minister’s Office, a situation of further confusion has been created by merely mentioning the postponement of the Caps Study Center till the next decision. By taking initiative, the decision of the Study Center should not be postponed but should be canceled immediately. Government’s Higher Education Ministry and University. Such decisions should be taken immediately in public interest with the consent of the administration. In this regard, we demand from you gentlemen that you should take immediate initiative in this regard to create awareness in the minds of the general public about the reopening of study centers or universities. The situation of doubt is being created in the minds of the people of Khairagarh Assembly and others regarding the transfer etc. It would be appropriate to remove it in public interest and issue a clear order.
