The POCSO Act court has given this decision. The hearing on this sentence has taken place after almost ten years. The POCSO Act court has found the accused guilty of raping a minor student. Amal Bakhala, resident of Ramar village under Bhandaria police station of the district, was found guilty in the case. After which he has been sentenced to 22 years of rigorous imprisonment. Apart from this, a financial penalty of ₹ 50000 has also been imposed on the accused. Let us tell you that the incident happened on 26 June 2013. The minor was standing at the bus stand when the accused forcibly took her from there and carried out the incident. After which a written complaint was made in Bhandaria police station. On which the decision has now come after ten years.
