Rape of 15 year old girl, also made obscene video, accused arrested

Bijnor: Noorpur police station in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh arrested a person for raping a 15-year-old minor girl and making an obscene video. He was identified as Amandeep Singh alias Sajan, son of Karanjit Singh, resident of Roshanpur Jagir village.

According to the police, on October 28, the minor’s mother lodged a complaint that her daughter was alone at home. Meanwhile, the accused seduced the girl, took her to a deserted place, raped her and made an obscene video of her.

On protesting, threatened to kill the girl and make the obscene video viral. The incident came to light when the accused made the obscene video of the girl viral. The victim narrated her ordeal to her mother after the video went viral. After this, the victim’s mother reached the police station and lodged an FIR.

Noorpur police station in-charge (SHO) Sanjay Kumar said that the accused Amandeep has been arrested. Action is being taken by registering an FIR against the accused under the provisions of rape and POCSO Act.
