Then she came into contact with Rapido auto driver Saikumar. At that time, Saikumar, who had taken her phone number, would often call the student. He would also say that he would help her if she needed any help. In this process, once the student needed money, she asked the Rapido driver Saikumar. Thinking this was too much, Saikumar took the student to his room and raped her. He threatened to kill her if she told anyone about this. The frightened student told her friend about the matter. With her help, she filed a complaint at the Alipiri police station. The police registered a case based on the victim’s complaint and started an investigation. Since the student was a minor, the police registered a case against the accused under the FOCSO Act.
