Raveena Tandon says ‘Karmma Calling’ tested all her skills

Mumbai: Actress Raveena Tandon, who is awaiting the release of her upcoming streaming show ‘Karma Calling’, has shared that her character of Indrani Kothari in the show tested all her skills as an actress.

The actress said that the character is far from who she is in real life and she needs to work extra hard to play the character perfectly.

Raveena told IANS, Indrani Kothari tested all my skills because she is completely different from who I am as a person. It is the journey of a woman who has reached a certain place in her life and the circumstances that have made her who she is. It is very challenging to play a character when you do not have even a single quality in common with that character and he is very far away from you in real life.

The actress further added, “It takes some time to get into the character. There are many instances where we have to adapt our life experiences to a character. There were times when I was not even married but I had to play the character of a mother on screen and express those emotions and portray maternal instincts. The beauty of being an actor is to become a completely different person.
