Relief to big thug Sukesh, actress Jacqueline Fernandes took a shocking decision
New Delhi: Actress Jacqueline Fernandes has withdrawn the case filed in a Delhi court against the main accused Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in the Rs 200 crore fraud case. In her petition, Jacqueline had accused Sukesh of threatening her through the media house.
In the Jacqueline and Sukesh case, the actress has withdrawn her petition from Delhi’s Patiala House Court in which instructions were sought to stop the fraudster Sukesh Chandrashekhar from releasing any letter related to her in the media.
On the petition of Jacqueline Fernandez, Patiala House Court said in its order that the application made by actress Jacqueline has been withdrawn, hence the court disposes of this matter, that is, now this matter is over.
Let us tell you that Sukesh Chandrashekhar is the main accused in the extortion case of Rs 200 crore. Jacqueline had said in her complaint that Sukesh writing letters to the media in her name was a conspiracy to intimidate and threaten her so that she could not reveal the truth before the court as a prosecution witness. Jacqueline had prayed the court to issue directions to the investigating agency and the jail superintendent, Mandoli, to immediately restrain Chandrashekhar from issuing any further letter, message or statement to her directly or indirectly.
