Restaurant-like green kebabs made as snacks, will make you crazy about the wonderful taste

Be it any function or party, some snacks are definitely included in its menu. If you are also thinking of making some snacks on your home party. So we have come up with a restaurant-like recipe for making Hara Bhara Kebabs. Its amazing taste will become the pride of your party. Spinach, green peas and potatoes are used to make Hara Bhara Kebab. Know its recipe.
necessary ingredients
Spinach – 2 cups
Potatoes boiled – 2-3
Peas – 3/4 cup
Green chili – 1-2
Ginger grated – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
Dry mango – 3/4 tsp
Green coriander – 3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs – 3 tbsp
Roasted gram flour – 3 tbsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

To make Hara Bhara Kebab, first wash and clean the spinach. After this, boil potatoes and peas. Now heat water in a vessel and add spinach to it and boil it for some time. After that put the spinach in a strainer and filter it so that the water comes out. Immediately after this, put the spinach in cold water and take it out after keeping it for a minute. After removing the spinach from cold water, chop it finely.
Put 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and keep it to heat on low flame. When the oil becomes hot, put boiled peas in it and fry for some time. After this add spinach and salt as per taste. They have to be cooked till the water of spinach and peas dries up. After this add turmeric powder and green coriander and cook for 1 more minute and then turn off the gas. After this, put green chilies and ginger in a grinder and grind them coarsely. After this, take boiled potatoes and grate them. If you want, you can also mash them with hands. After this add green chilli-ginger paste, garam masala, cardamom powder, dried mango powder and mix it well. After this add roasted gram flour, breadcrumbs and salt as per taste and mix them all well.
Now add spinach and peas to this mixture and mash all the ingredients together. Now take this mixture on your palms and shape them into kebabs and keep them aside in a plate. After this, heat the nonstick pan/griddle on medium heat. Add a little oil to it and roast the kebabs until its color turns golden. Similarly prepare all the kebabs. Green Kebabs full of taste and nutrition are ready. Serve them with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
