Revanth Reddy announced that criminal cases were registered against him in several police stations
Hyderabad: TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday declared 89 criminal cases that were registered against him at various police stations for violating various provisions of Indian Penal Code.
A majority of the FIRs were related to levelling allegations that the police were supporting the ruling party, followed by insulting the police apart from allegedly insulting a local MLA, obstructing officials while on duty, defamation and blocking traffic.
No charges were framed against him in these cases. Revanth Reddy, who is contesting Kodandal and Kamareddy constituencies, made the declaration about pending criminal cases in Format C-1 and posted it on his X account.
