Revenge from husband and committed triple murder to spend life with lover, 2 including woman arrested
Janjgir Champa: Police has disclosed the case of death of three people including two brothers due to drinking poisonous liquor in Parsahi village of Janjgir Champa district. In the disclosure of the police, the whole matter turned out to be an illegal love affair. The wife of the deceased Santkumar Sande had an illegal relationship with Prem Sagar Ratnakar, a person from the village itself. The wife of the deceased Santkumar Sande and her lover used to be abused and beaten up every day since the husband came to know about it. Being fed up with this, the wife conspired with her lover to kill her husband. According to the plan, the wife gave her husband mixed poison in alcohol to drink, meanwhile Santkumar Sande’s brother and friend also reached home. After which all three consumed spurious liquor. All three died after drinking that. In the case, the police have arrested the accused woman and her lover.
According to the information, accused Jayanti Sande resident Parsahi Bana had a love affair with Prem Sagar Ratnakar, a resident of Thadgabahra village. Whose information came to the deceased Santkumar Sande. Since then there was abusing and fighting on the day regarding the illegal relationship of the wife. Because of which both the accused Jayanti Sande and Premsagar used to talk to each other saying that they will kill her husband (Santkumar Sande) along with his life.
On the other hand, at 8 am on September 4, the deceased Sanjay Sande, brother Sant Kumar Sande and Jitendra Sonkar came back to Sanjay’s house after fishing. After that Sanjay Sande and Jitendra Sonkar went to their respective homes. Wife Jayanti Sande gave her husband Sant Kumar Sande to drink country liquor mixed with poison beforehand. Meanwhile, Sanjay Sande, Jitendra Sonkar came, then Sant Kumar Sande went behind his house with country liquor full of poison and all three consumed liquor. After drinking alcohol, all three started flirting by saying bring water. During this, all three were taken to the hospital Akaltara for treatment. Where the doctors declared Sant Kumar Khande and Sanjay Kumar Sande dead. Whereas Jitendra Sonkar was referred to Bilaspur for better treatment. Where Jitendra also broke the dam during treatment. In this case, a case was established in Akaltara police station and it was taken under investigation.
During the investigation, the post-mortem was done after taking panchnama action of the dead bodies. Along with this the FSL team inspected the spot. During investigation, crime was registered against suspects Jayanti Sande and Premsagar on the basis of statements of family members, witnesses, technical evidence and short post mortem report. During the investigation, the wife of deceased Sant Kumar Sande was interrogated. In which she told that being fed up with her husband’s harassment, she along with her lover Premsagar Ratnakar mixed poison in country liquor with the intention of killing him and gave the poisoned liquor to her husband to drink. Santkumar Sande, Sanjay Kumar Sande, Jitendra Sonkar died after drinking spurious liquor. In the case, the police arrested the accused woman and her lover and sent them to jail on judicial remand.
