Road accident in Bhadrak, specially-abled man dies
Anandapur: In a tragic road accident in Bhadrak district of Odisha on Wednesday, one person has died, said reliable reports. The incident has been reported from near Banta square on bhadrak road.
According to reports, the man who died in the accident has been identified as Aju Jena of Akurua village in Bhadrak district. It is believed that the man was mentally unstable and used to roam around on the road.
However yesterday in the wee hours of night, an unidentified vehicle allegedly ran over him and he died on the spot. The police has reached the spot and is investigating into the incident, further detailed reports are awaited in this matter.
On July 19, a pickup van crashed into a cycle in an accident in Bargarh district. A cyclist died in the mishap. According to reports, the incident had angered the local people. The residents blocked the road near Sanya Square on the National Highway.
As a result, there was a traffic snarl on the road. Now, the Bargarh Sadar Police had reportedly reached the scene to pacify the situation.
