Road accident: Two including former principal of JS Hindu PG College killed
Amraho: Dr. Virendra Bahadur Bartariya, former principal of JS Hindu PG College, who was out on a morning walk, was hit by a speeding bike driver. Later the bike went out of control and fell on the road. Dr. Virendra Bahadur Bartariya (64) and bike rider Ashraf (35) died in the accident. While Ashraf’s companion Haider was seriously injured.
Police reached the spot and admitted the injured to the hospital. From where he has been referred to Moradabad. The deceased Dr. Virendra Bahadur Barataria was a resident of Krishna Kunj Colony. He is survived by his wife and children. Like everyday, Dr. Virendra Bahadur Barataria left home for a walk at around 6 o’clock on Saturday morning.
As soon as he moved towards Zoya from Bambugarh intersection, the driver of the bike coming from behind crushed him. As soon as the collision occurred, former principal Dr. Virendra Bahadur fell on the road in an unconscious state. Whereas after the collision, after traveling some distance, the bike also went out of control and fell.
On which Ashraf and Haider, residents of Takiya Hussain Shah, Mohalla Ahmednagar of Amroha Nagar, were seriously injured. A crowd of people gathered after the accident. As soon as the information was received, the police also reached. With the help of PRB, all three were admitted to the district hospital.
Where doctors declared former principal Virendra Bahadur Bartariya and Ashraf dead. While seriously injured Haider was referred to the higher centre. His condition also remains critical. Rural Police Station Head Prempal Singh said that a case has been registered in this case on the basis of the complaint lodged by Shubham Bartariya, son of the deceased former principal. Post mortem of both the bodies is being conducted.
