Robbery in liquor shop at knife point, three masked miscreants committed the crime
Bilaspur: Last night, 3 unknown people have looted two security personnel posted at the liquor shop hostage by threatening them with sharp weapons in a local and foreign liquor shop located in Malhar in the Malhar Chowki area of the district. On receiving information about the matter, the police reached the spot and started taking further action.
Let us tell you that last night, 3 unknown masked men reached the liquor shop located at Jondhara Masturi Road in Malhar Nagar Panchayat at around 1 am. Where they started beating the guards posted at the liquor shop, Narendra Sonwani and Umeshwar Prasad Yadav, by threatening them with sharp weapons. Then they took him hostage with a rope and a towel. The guard was also tied with a rope, made to lie down at a place and held hostage at knife point. After which, they looted 4440 rupees of cash kept in the counter of the local shop and the monitor installed in the CCTV camera, about Rs 16,000 in cash from the English liquor shop, two bottles of English liquor, a laptop and a guard’s mobile phone and fled away.
