RSS Chief Bhagwat expressed grief over the demise of Sardar Chiranjeev Singh
Delhi : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sir Sanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale have expressed condolence on the demise of senior Sikh preacher Sardar Chiranjeev Singh and said that with the demise of Sardar Chiranjeev Singh, the earthly journey of an inspiring life dedicated to the nation has been completed.
Bhagwat and Hosabale issued a condolence message on the demise of the senior Sikh preacher and said, “Sardar Chiranjeev Singh, a lifelong devoted preacher of the Sangh, worked for decades in Punjab. Subsequently, through the work of Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, he played an important role in removing the mutual differences and distrust arising due to the difficult situation in Punjab and strengthening unity and social harmony in the entire country in the light of solidarity and nationalism. Due to his immense hard work, deep study of Guru-tradition of Punjab, excellent organizational skills, he included innumerable people in the flow of nationalism.”
Both the leaders of the Sangh further said, “The warm and sweet personality of Sardar Chiranjeev Singh had won over everyone. Despite not being active for some time due to illness, his enthusiasm was not lacking. On his demise, we express our heartfelt condolences to his family and acquaintances and pray to Akalpurush that the departed soul gets absorbed in the divine light.
