New Delhi. According to media reports, Russia said on Monday that Su-25SM fighter planes conducted a special military operation inside Ukraine.
The Russian Ministry of Defense (MOD) also released a video showing the crew of the attack aircraft firing missiles at Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in the Krasny Liman area. “The pilots fired 122-mm S-13 unguided missiles at enemy positions and areas where enemy personnel and equipment were concentrated,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
It said that during the attack the crew performed a pitching maneuver, during which the Su-25SM rapidly gained altitude to fire the missile at the enemy.
