Sadhu’s leg broken in police station, instructions to take action against 15 people
Raipur: Following the order of the Karnataka Court, the police have registered an FIR in the case of assault by chasing the Sadhu’s car. According to the information, a case has been registered against 15 people including Chandra Prakash Upadhyay of Kawardha. Let us tell you that yesterday Balappanavara Gurunath, a resident of Vijayanagar, Karnataka, had left for Delhi with his disciples. Meanwhile, 4 vehicles came from behind and 15 people attacked the vehicle. After which the police engaged in his security somehow saved him and brought him to Raipur. As soon as Sadhu was going inside the police station, Chandra Prakash Upadhyay attacked him and broke his leg.
After the incident, when the police refused to register the case, Balappanavara Gurunath took refuge in the Karnataka Court. After that the court issued an order to the Amanaka police to take action. Following the court order, the police have registered a case against Chandra Prakash Upadhyay along with 15 people under serious sections including Section 307.
