Actually, this whole matter is of Maudhapara police station area. The name of the miscreant seen in the video is said to be Sahil Raksel. In the viral video, the miscreant Sahil is seen cutting the cake on the road with his friends. It is being told that Sahil is a monitored miscreant of Maudhapara area.
He had also called a constable named Nazir Khan on his birthday. Nazir Khan had arrived in police uniform. During this, Sahil cut the cake with a knife and fed it to the constable. Not only this, he is seen dancing to the song in front of the policeman while waving the knife. The constable is seen hugging the miscreant and kissing his cheek in the video. Its video has also been shared from an ID named Sahil Raksel. The accused have done this to tarnish the image of the police and to show their fear to the people.
